Pasticceria Beverara

I turned to the renowned ''Beverara'' Pastry Laboratory for the creation of two cakes, one celebrating my solemn oath of loyalty to the Italian Republic and the other celebrating Gabriele Daga's degree in Computer Engineering, together with whom I celebrated the important milestone achieved at a family dinner (in the presence of 30 people). The consummate professional experience of the aforementioned pastry shop was well combined with the urban and courteous tones always adopted by the staff present: I would like to point out in particular the affable and helpful friendliness of Caterina, who immediately patiently dedicated precious time of her working and private life (assisting us and updating us, step by step, from time to time, also on Whatsapp), ensuring maximum satisfaction even and above all when she was energetically overworked, without ever neglecting us. Last but not least, I sincerely thank Stefano, the boy in charge of decorating my cake (who meticulously took care of, with scrupulous and precise attention to detail, all the decorations and figurative ornaments in sugar paste, with the burning golden flame on the cap, to the tricolor cord that wraps around the shelf, from the shining saber with dragon attached, to finish with the Marshal's ranks imprinted on the two oblique shoulder pads) and Lorenzo, a wonderful young pastry chef who spent considerable time in defining and preparing the writing painted and of the supporting structure. I also attach a photo of the second graduation cake made. Finally, I would like to point out the economic convenience of contacting them: they personally offered the delivery costs to the restaurant (although it was not very close to their headquarters in Sabbiuno) and, upon payment, they dictated an additional 20 euro discount as a gift in our favor. I will carry this cake and these moments in my heart. Thanks again to the very skilled team for having contributed to strengthening the charm of the event and for having represented with such care the symbols that I carry in my heart. A hug, Mar.
